Initial Consult
An initial consultation lasts up to 90 minutes and includes taking a full history, addressing your infant feeding concerns, discussing your goals, and formulating a plan to help you meet those goals.

Follow-Up Consult
A follow-up consultation lasts up to 60 minutes and can include checking in on your ongoing infant feeding plan, addressing any new questions or concerns, adjustments to your goals/plan, etc.

Prenatal Consult
A prenatal consultation lasts up to 60 minutes and can include addressing any of your specific concerns around infant feeding, whether your are a first-time parent or have had children before. This may include concerns around breastfeeding after struggling with nursing a previous child, concerns about prior breast surgeries or supply issues, etc.

Group Infant Feeding Class
Infant feeding 101. How your body makes milk, your new baby’s intake needs by age,latching and nursing, nursing vs bottle-feeding,an overview of pumping, an overview of formula, & safe milk handling practices. This is designed as a prenatal class to help you feel confident in your ability to feed your new baby.

Infant feeding 101. This is designed as a prenatal class to help you feel confident in your ability to feed your new baby. As this is a private class, we can also address individual concerns as needed.
